New York, NY, March 15, 2009 – NexGen Networks today announced the launch of its CAC Customer Access Center Portal. NexGen Networks customers will have access to NexGen Networks systems for customer service self help tools. The CAC portal will provide customers with the ability to:
- Enter and track trouble tickets
- View and Manage circuit inventory
- View Circuit utilization reports
- Review present and past invoice details and account balances
